Jigawa State Pilgrims’ Welfare Board said all is now set for MaxAir airline services to airlift 930 intended pilgrims from the state for this year’s Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
The board’s sole administrator, Ahmed Umar Labbo, said all necessary documents are for the airlifting of pilgrims to Saudi Arabia between May 18 and 20, 2025.
Other completed arrangements include securing accommodations near the sacred mosque in both Mecca and Medina, transportation in the holy land during Hajj operations, among others.
He called on intending pilgrims from Jigawa to be good ambassadors while on Hajj in the holy land, and abide by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s rules and regulations, stressing their mission to Saudi Arabia was not far from performing the Hajj.
